The offer

The Business X-Ray

An X-ray for your business. I measure every step of your path, from the first inquiry to the repeat purchase, find the step where you are losing money inside the first ten days, fix it in weeks two through six, and lock it in by day sixty. It costs 16,900 dollars, and I take two clients a month.

The name is not decoration. An X-ray adds nothing to the body it looks at. It shows what is already there, including the part nobody wanted to look at.

That is the whole method. I do not bring you a new funnel, a new channel or a new website. I bring a measurement of the path you already run, and then we fix the one step that is costing you the most.

What “the leak” means

Every customer walks the same chain. Ad, inquiry, conversation, offer, sale, repeat, referral. People drop out at every step, and that is normal. You cannot switch it off, and you should not try.

  1. Ad
  2. Inquiry
  3. Conversation
  4. Offer
  5. Sale
  6. Repeat
  7. Referral

But there is almost always one step where more drops out than has to. Something is missing there, something is built wrong, something got switched off, or something never gets done at all. That one step is the leak.

It takes four shapes more often than any other. An ad that ran once and got switched off. A page where people leave. A follow-up that never happens. An offer that worked and was never made again. There are others. These four I see most.

What happens in the first ten days

We talk through your numbers, you and I, and your team if you want them there. I enter every step into my X-ray template. What is missing, we pull out of bookkeeping, the calendar, the shop and the ad account. Nothing gets estimated and nothing gets assumed.

At the end of the ten days there is one sheet in front of you. It says where money is leaving, what it costs you every month, and what we will do about it. One sheet, because a forty-page report gets filed and a single page gets decided on.

What happens in weeks two through six

We do the one thing that is missing or stuck at that step, and nothing else. I write what needs writing and I run the implementation. You approve.

What we do not do: build a new website, set up a new funnel, open a new channel. Not because that is never needed. Because it only pays once the chain you already have has stopped leaking.

What happens by day sixty

Whatever worked becomes a fixed part of your path. It has to be, or it disappears again the moment you are back inside your own craft. The numbers cockpit with every step stays with you. We review on day thirty and on day sixty.

What it costs you in time

About four hours over sixty days. The numbers call at the start is the biggest single block, and it runs ninety minutes. After that it is approvals and short questions.

What it costs

The Business X-Ray costs 16,900 US dollars, or 14,900 Swiss francs. I take two clients a month.

There is a second form for anyone who would rather bet than pay. 8,900 dollars fixed, plus a quarter of the additional revenue in the first hundred and twenty days. If you believe in the result, take the fixed price. It is cheaper. If you do not, take the bet.

The guarantee

The measure is your own average over the two months before we start. If sixty days do not produce at least 16,900 dollars on top of that, I keep working. No further fee, for up to another sixty days, until it does.

Three conditions, in writing before we start. I need access. I need approvals on time. The measure we agreed on has to run. With long buying cycles, binding commitments and deposits count toward the number.

Who it isn’t for

Without customers there is nothing to find. If you have no revenue yet, this is the wrong place, and I would rather say so now than in minute three of a call.

If all you want is to buy more reach, you need an agency. I look first at whether what you already pay for brings customers.

And if nobody is better off for having bought from you, I am the wrong man. However good the numbers are.

The next step

Thirty minutes, over video, no charge. Bring what you have.

By the end of that call you know whether you are losing money and roughly where. You know that whether we work together or not, and you have paid nothing for it.

Thirty minutes, no charge. Bring what you have.
